CERTIFICATE OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINER

of The Friends of Buckden Towers’ Council of Management
I certify that I have completed the independent examination of the revenue
account, balance sheet and associated accounting notes pertaining to the financial
transactions of the Friends of Buckden Towers (FOBT) during the year ending
31 March 2009.
The examination
included a review of evidence relevant to the amounts and disclosures in the
accounting documents sufficient to give reasonable assurance that the financial
statements are free from material mis-statement.
In my opinion the balance sheet presented above fairly reflects the financial
position of the Friends of Buckden Towers as at 31 March 2009 and the revenue
account also presented above fairly reflects the FOBT's income and expenditure
for the year ending 31 March 2009.
